Extra Easy hii im new...... help?

Hi all, im new to this group
Im jen, 24, a mom to a gawjus 9 months old (on thursday) princess called Evie-Rose!

I am at target, but only ever had brand named cereal! But noticed lidl do there own brand 'bran flakes'......

Can these be used as a HEB? and if so how many grams?

Its says in the book if it's a branded HEXB you can replace it with a supermarket own brand of the same cereal. So it should be like for like in weight. Hope that helps.
