I've just joined last night, so thought I'd make an introduction.

I've been on the Cambridge diet for 3 months, but 1 of those months I just couldn't do it 100%, it wasn't good.
I'm now fully back on it, no cheats, no missing shakes.

It's all by the book so I can get to my goal of 9stone or 9.7 stone, depending on what I look like when I get there!

So hey everyone! Looking forward to reading eveyones posts & keeping me motivated! :)

Hi and welcome.

You are doing so well on CD and i know it is not easy. I tried and couldn't do it.

How much more do you need to lose? Have a look at the Inspirational slide show as the pics are sensational
