hi all

its been some time but i am finally back on this diet. i went off it for a few months and gained back 7ibs although now i have lost a total of 1.5stones. i still have 3 stones to get to my goal weight. but i am back and motiuvated to do this i found that this site help me keep on track and i felt like i had my diet family here
