Hi guys, I'm a newbie too...really desperate to loose weight now. Really excited to get a push and support from this forum.
I'm thinking of trying slimming world...but
wondering if anyone knows if doctors are still doing referrals to slimming clubs, and how do I go about it?? My BMI is 35!!!

Don't know about doctors referring but I guess you could ring the surgery and ask. Good luck.

Not sure about that but you could always make a Dr's app and see? No harm in asking

My mum is a SW consultant and it seems only certain practices do referrals. Good luck with your journey x

I got a referral last year and could choose between SW and WW. Worth asking.
