Got a life thank you!
I thought it may be a good idea to have a resources thread and wondered if anyone could contribute to help us all along the way.
Here are a few of my own:-

Fantastic weight loss chart - http://onmyweigh.com/tools/ - the chart I use is this one - http://onmyweigh.com/assets/tools/WeightLossProgressChart24.xls but you may find other one's better (hint the top line is the link even though it doesn't look like it).

Recipies (from Mike's blog, I hope this is OK to add as it is something I go into regularly plus it is THE most inspirational blog I have ever read!)

If you can't imagine yourself slim, this could be just what you need - http://www.seeyourselfslimmer.co.uk/ - I want to get one done, but, don't have a full length fat photo (can't remember the last time I had a picture taken). I may get one done now and then have the last three stone shaved off!)
Hints
Drink the water at room temperature and set a timetable for how much you can drink, mine is 2 litres by 1pm, another 2 by 6pm and then anything I drink in the evening is a bonus (usually another litre or so).
Use the water flavourings, I am a convert after this week, it does help.
If you are feeling hungry, have a savoury drink, on LL you can have 10 a day and it does seem to hit the spot for some reason.
