Hit a plateau!!!

Right I'm not too happy :cry: Three weeks at STS now at that awful sticking point for me of 12 stone! That's where I got to last time when I did SF and couldn't seem to get past it, so I gave up. I'm not intending to give up this time, I know if I keep plodding on those scales will have to go down, but it is just so annoying especially as it happens to be exactly the same place as last time, grrr!

So onwards and downwards. I haven't been too good on the exercise lately, so I'm going to have a good week with exercise thrown in and hopefully next Friday morning those scales will have budged in the right direction!!! Fingers crossed!!

I think what you should do for a while is treat yourself on the day of your weigh in and the day after. So you weigh in on Friday morning. Treat yourself on the Friday and Saturday and then carry on as normal the rest of the week. It may seem strange but give it a go.
I really want you to make it past this plateau as you have done so well so far!
