hiya everyone - this looks like a great site !!

i need an operation and have to get my weight down .

I have put on a lot of weight just thinking of going on a diet so am needing a lot of help.:sigh:

just found your site by accident but i have a feeling that i am going to get a lot of information and encouragement here.
