3LB this week guys still slow i have been advised to cut out the bars this week and go back to 4 L of water i just can not seem to shift this weight.

I don't think 3 lbs is bad - at 9kcals per gramme of fat, it shows a deficit of 12,000 cals approx - 1700 per day which is about right for a lady.
 
do the bars make that much of a difference?

Thats an amazing difference this week well done I might have to have a week without bars to see how I get on
