If u like marmite and pasta, then cook up some spaghetti, I like to use normal wholewheat spaghetti, better for u, then heat a few tbl spoons of marmite, to taste really n a bit of light flora or some low fat marg and once melted add spaghetti bak n a bit of parmesan cheese and stir in and serve. The cheese is optional as I have had it for my lunch today without n it's just as nice!
