hmm wat to make of it!

    my weigh in today -lost 3 lbs. i have been busting my guts out downing water at least 5 litres every day!but i did come on yesterday which was a bummer!i wanted to get into the 3 stone mark in 2 months. the only way i can do that is if i lose 7lbs next week which is what i done last time the week after my totm but very doubtful it will happen again!im now 16 3 so next week and ill be in the 15's!cant remember the last time i was that light!!!

    You are doing absolutely brilliantly

    I think you are putting too much pressure on yourself to be honest. 3lb is a textbook weight loss and if you get more, then great, its a bonus when it happens and cant be expected every week.

    You have lost 35lb in 5 weeks which is absolutely awesome. You should be congratulating yourself on a job well done, not beating yourself up because you wanted to lose more.

    i agree...u have done great. aim high but dont punish urself for not losing tons right away. u have done fantastic so far...congrats!!
