Really fancy home cooked fish and chips which is about 9 points but only have 6.5 left... have however earnt 29.5 activity points this week so could spend 3 easily. what to do? its weigh day tomo do I risk it? hmmmmm
 
why don't you have REAL fish n chips tomorrow instead? I always treat myself on weigh day - its the longest time till you have to get on the scales again!!

BTW, do you have a recipe for that? sounds like a very good idea!
 
If you have the points then do it!

I had scampi before one of my weigh ins and I still lost 2lbs hehe
 
Decided in the end to have a WW Chicken Tikka Masala for 5pts and the 1.5 left is going on a hot choc before bed. I'd only worry a lot until weigh in if I over spent.
