I've been feeling really bloody hungry over the past two or three days. It's so annoying! So I'm going to use this post to have a little rant about it (sorry guys.) I literally feel like I could chew my own hand off. I'm confused as to why this happening! Im in week five so well into ketosis. I've stayed 100%, drunk minimum 3litres of water and about 3 green teas a day. Nothing more.

Does anyone else ever get really hungry? I'm getting like it when I'm not even due a shake. It's making me really moody. Maybe I am thinking about refeed and maintenance and therefore food too much as I'm getting close now? Xxx

Hi Emma I'm feeling exactly the same. I'm wanting to re feed in about 4 weeks but I can't stop thinking about food especially in the evening. I don't know if it is the cold weather or what but I keep on wanting to eat. I am trying to drink more when I am hungry and work or spend time on here to stop me thinking about food - but it is hard at the moment.

Oh thank you! I am SO glad I am not the only one! I used to feel 'full' after a shake and now it's like they are not even touching the sides and I'm hungry again five minutes later. Coming on here is definitely the best option. It's getting me through it so far. I've also been going out in the evenings to friends houses or inviting them over to stop me sitting in day dreaming about food! Come dine with me is on and I just can't face it! Xx

Oh honey...I know just how you feel, I was like this last week....
I realised it was PMT talking, and I always feel realy hungry during this time... so now I feel much more possitive..;)
Thanks to all the support from peeps on here, I got through it...
