So, my week.
This week has been both good and bad. During the week I've been eating healthily, feeling good, exercising etc...

But this weekend I was like a food demon! I was eating everything in sight, deciding to give myself 'the weekend off' It kind of backfired last night when obviously my body just couldn't handle it and I was throwing up at like 1am. Rubbish.

BUT I have a plan now for the gym. I get a lift to and from work and on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday, instead of being dropped home, I will be getting dropped at the gym. That way I'm there. No excuses.

It's my birthday in 2 weeks so I know the eating healthy will go out of the window for another weekend but I'm prepared for this one.

know the feeling I was so on the wagon then saturday had a blip ate alot of crap and blew the wk end. At least we are back to it today :)

I'm glad i'm not the only one. I went out for a meal on Fri night and tried to be as good as possible, and was good on sat, but yesterday i went to a buffet at hubby's parent's house and although i was good-ish, i did eat some rubbish as well. paid for it and regretted it this morning as i felt really sluggish, heavy and fat! WI day is wed, so i'm really hoping to be good today and tomorrow. was really disappointed in myself as have been good up until now, but hopefully it won't put me off too much and i can get back on track this week. x
