HOBBITHEAD'S FOOD DIARY

    Well I am now half way there!! Worried that now I feel and look a lot better I will take my foot off the gas so thought I would start a food diary. I normally plan but sometimes busy life of a working mum gets in the way so hopefully this should help me see where I am going wrong.

    Also going to up my water intake and really need to start thinking about exercise, especially to tone up the wobbly bits.

    Please feel free to drop by and add any comments.

    Here is yesterday's diary, will post today's a bit later;

    Tuesday 27th October
    Red Day

    HEA: 250ml SS Milk
    HEA:
    HEB: 2 x weetabix
    HEB: 2 x Alpen Lights

    B: 2 x weetabix and milk

    L: 3 x chicken drumsticks and HM coleslaw

    D: HM shepherds pie with swede topping

    Snacks: banana, apple, choc and vanilla Mullerlight

    Water: 1.8 litres (that was tough!!)

    Syns: 0 (omg just realised i had no syns yesterday!!)

    Wednesday 28th October
    Red Day

    HEA: 250ml SS Milk
    HEA:
    HEB: 2 x 400g wholemeal bread
    HEB: hi-fi bar

    B: two boiled eggs, mullerlight

    L: went to a carvery so had lots of yummy meat (beef, gammon and turkey), swede, carrots and cauliflower, yorkshire pud, stuffing ball and gravy

    D: Toasted club sandwich with salad, tomato, chicken, gammon, extra light mayo. banana and toffee mullerlight

    Water: 2.2 litres

    Syns: Yorkshire pud (3), stuffing ball (2), gravy (3), extra light mayo (0.5), low fat spread (3) Total: 11.5

    HEB: 2 x 400g w/meal bread
    HEB: 2 x Alpen Lights

    B: banana and mullerlight

    L: baked beans on toast

    D: HM butternut squash and red lentil curry with rice

    Snacks: apple, choc and vanilla Mullerlight, 2 x Alpen Lights

    Water: 1.5 litres

    Syns: low fat spread (3), curly wurly (6) = 9

    Friday 30th October
    Red Day

    HEA: 250ml SS Milk
    HEA:
    HEB: 2 x 400g w/meal bread
    HEB: Potato

    B: scrambled eggs on toast

    L: Chicken, gammon, salad leaves, tomatos and FF dressing. Mullerlight

    D: Pork tenderlion, sprouts, cabbage, stuffing, SW roast pots (HEB), yorkshire pud, gravy. Strawberries with vanilla and choc mullerlight

    Snacks: 2 x apples, tea

    Water: 1.5 litres

    Syns: low fat spread (3), stuffing (2), yorkshire pud (3), gravy (3), 4 mikado sticks (2) = 13

    HEB: 2 x 400g w/meal bread
    HEB: hi-fi bar

    B: lots of melon and a mullerlight

    L: HM syn free tomato soup, toasted ham sandwich

    D: chicken stirfry with chicken, onion, bean sprouts, carrots, cabbage, mushrooms and soy sauce. Banana with toffee mullerllight

    Snacks: tea, apple

    Water: 1.5 litres

    Syns: = low fat spread (3) = 3

    Sunday 1st November
    Red Day

    HEA: 250ml SS Milk
    HEA:
    HEB: 2 x Weetabix
    HEB: 2 x Alpen Light

    B: 2 x Weetabix, sweetner and milk

    L: HM syn free tomato soup, chicken drumsticks

    D: pork casserole (pork, onion, celery, garlic, carrot, tin toms, stock, herbs and seasoning) with broccoli

    Snacks: tea, melon, mullerlight

    Water:1.5 litres

    Syns: Curlywurly (6) = 6

    WI tonight and lost 2lbs which is good:) Would love to get BMI into normal range for Xmas so aiming for 12lbs before Santa arrives.

    Think I will try mixing up my HEB's this week if possible and maybe less milk (aka tea!!) and more cheese.

    Monday 2nd November

    Green Day

    B: melon and mullerlight

    L: savoury rice

    D: butternut squash and red lentil curry with SW chips

    HEB: 6 x Ryvita Wholgrain Crackerbread
    HEB: 2 x 400g w/meal bread

    B: baked beans on toast

    L: 6 Ryvita Crackerbread with 3 Laughing Cow Light cheese and sliced tomato

    D: Mushroom and Cheese Omlette (3 Laughing Cow Light) with savoury rice

    Snacks: tea, banana, apple

    Water:2 litres

    Syns: low fat spread (2), penguin (5.5) = 7.5

    L: HM Syn free tomato soup, melon with choc and vanilla Mullerlight

    D: pork tenderlion with SW Roasties (skins on), broccoli, carrots, stuffing and gravy

    Snacks: apple, 3 crackerbread with 1 LC Light cheese, 1 Alpen Light

    Water:0.5 litres

    Syns: 1 tsp sugar (1), stuffing (2), gravy (3), 3 crackerbread (3), 1 LC Light cheese (1.5), 1 Alpen Light (3) = 13.5

    Snacks: apple,
    Water:0.5 litres

    Syns: choc and orange options (2.5?), fudge (6), free hot choc from the church at fireworks (not sure but was very small so will go for 6)

    Bad day yesterday, did not have either of me HEB's :( Not sure what is wrong but still feeling blue today. Being skint doesn't help think I am due on next week so maybe its that.

    Anyway promised myself last night to be focused today but it is 12.30pm and I have not eaten anything yet. Hate feeling like this, off to give myself a talking to lol

    Snacks: apple, banana, alpen light, mullerlight

    Syns: HP sauce (1), yorshire pudding (3), gravy (2), alpen light (3) = 9

    loved reading ur threads, given me some nice ideas on what to eat. as ive just started slimming world.. hopin to lose 45lbs!!!
    how do u make sw chips.? sounds nice.. im guessing they are free on a red day.? thanks lushx
