Well I am now half way there!! Worried that now I feel and look a lot better I will take my foot off the gas so thought I would start a food diary. I normally plan but sometimes busy life of a working mum gets in the way so hopefully this should help me see where I am going wrong.
Also going to up my water intake and really need to start thinking about exercise, especially to tone up the wobbly bits.

Tuesday 27th October
Red Day
HEA: 250ml SS Milk
HEA:
HEB: 2 x weetabix
HEB: 2 x Alpen Lights
B: 2 x weetabix and milk
L: 3 x chicken drumsticks and HM coleslaw
D: HM shepherds pie with swede topping
Snacks: banana, apple, choc and vanilla Mullerlight
Water: 1.8 litres (that was tough!!)
Syns: 0 (omg just realised i had no syns yesterday!!)
