Holiday Food Diary

    In an attempt to stay on track whilst I'm away (& no weekly WI for 'fear factor'), thought I'd start this to log my confessions (if any?!)
    Friday:
    B: f/f Activia yoghurt, banana, apple, satsuma.
    Snack: babybel light (part of HEA)
    L: ham & cucumber sandwich (HEB), with pickle (2 syns), grapes, mango, melon & pineapple.
    Snack: babybel light (HEA)
    D: sausage & bean casserole (3 Bowyers sausages - 3 syns), green beans
    Not sure what else I'll have for syns yet!

    I also had an Alpen Light (3 syns) + after dinner I had strawberries, raspberries & blueberries (to boost my superfree with dinner) with f/f natural yoghurt and 2 mini meringues (2 syns).
    Plus I found out pickle is only 1 syn so 9 for the first day of holiday! Not bad :)
