Sorry if this has been asked before but I don't know how to search my phone seems to just chuck out random things!! Anyhow we are going to Spain for a week and I really want to stay on track I can't afford to put on loads of weight we have breakfast provided which normally has fruits and yogurt etc but any tips for rest of the day please?? What sort of things will do least damage. Xthanks everyone xxxxx

Hope you don't do Green as Spain is not very veggie friendly - I live there part of the year and am veggie. :) The shops sell nice fruit and veg though.

Lots of fish which is grilled and pork is a favourite meat which they also grill, infact they grill lots of foods so you will be fine with those. They serve baskets of french bread with most meals which can be moorish but try and keep away from them.
Tappas are usually a no no as lots of them are served with mayonnaise or lots of oil but depending where you are going you will find lots of different restaurants - the Chinese ones near me are quite inexpensive and you can pick the ones that are SW friendly - ish.

Have a nice holiday - where are you going?

Malaga I think. We going to an apartment so breakfast provided and sort ourselves for lunch and dinner. I think there are some shops nearby so we can get food and stuff for baby x

That is the area where I live - lots of shops if you are self catering - Lidl are in Torremolinos and Benalmadena as well as Carrefour and other supermarkets - you will be fine - just bring your syns book and keep away from the nice wine we have there.:D

Slimming World - Overseas

Why not have a squizz in the Overseas thread - there's a few Mims who live in Spain & I've seen quite a few posts that'll probably help.

Thanks for the tips. I don't drink at all so thankfully that won't be an issue water or sugar free juice is fine. Cuppa in the morning and I'm set x
