My mum has bought a new suchi making kit and is intending to try it out tomorrow when I go over for lunch :D

Now, am I right in thinking that if she uses no fat in the cooking (rice, fillings etc) and they are free foods on EE that it will be syn free? I've looked up seaweed online and dried comes up as free food, the rice will be free and she is intending to use vegetables and fish as fillings.

Really hoping it is!! That way I will only need to use syns for Wasabi! ;)

The only thing that needs to by synned is the sushi seasoning, the Mirin, Sake and sugar will all have a small amounts of syns.
