Red Day Homemade Burgers Delicious and Simple!!!

    Hi

    I have just made some homemade beef burgers and have to say they were delicious and as I am on a Red day and used the Wholemeal roll as a healthy B the rest was free!!!! This made 4 burgers

    I used:
    500g very lean mince
    Half an onion grated
    4 pinches ground coriander
    4 pinches paprika powder
    Salt and pepper to taste
    a tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
    I lightly beaten egg

    Just mix it all up in a bowl and grill!
    They were great and my whole family enjoyed them and they were very filling which was great I couldn't even manage a whole one!!
