I weigh them after I've peeled them (assuming you're gonna peel them) because then I'm making sure I have my weights right. A tsp of oil over them is nice if you can bear to count the pp for it... or just use frylight spray lol! I make spicy wedges by putting some "all-season" spice mix over them too... mmm... craving carby wedges now

Oh they are yummy in the oven.. give them 25 mins or so in a hot oven... lovely jubbly!!! I had "fish + chip" the other night and it only equated to 12pp... far cry from a takeaway propoints!![]()
