Homemade crustless quiche 6.5 pp

I made this today and its gorgeous it makes 6 portions
1 bunch spring onions
1 small onion
8 rashers of smokey bacon fat removed
5 eggs
1 tub half fat creime fraiche
90g cathdral city lighter cheese
Salt and pepper

Method
Chop the onions and bacon and fry in frylite until cooked.
Mix the eggs in a jug with the pot of creme fraiche salt and pepper.
Spray the flan dish with fry light to grease and pour in the bacon and onion mix
Pour over the egg mixture and finally add the cheese.
Gently mix to spread the cheese and bake for 40 mins at 180 degrees
Total pp 39 divided into 6 slices is 6.5 per slice. Perfect with salad and ww chips if u have enough points to use
