Better to Drink your Syns
It's my first weekend on slimming world, and I am cooking a roast beef dinner tomorrow.
How many syns should I use for my homemade gravy, which I make with only the meat juices at the bottom of the roasting tin, with all of the fat poured off, and a couple of tablespoons of cornflour and stock.
 
as long as all the fat is definately removed, you will just need to count the cornflour.

stock cubes are free.

cornflour is 3.5 syns per tablespoon
