homemade low point seafood sandwhich filler

not sure if its any use to anyone but i just made some up 6 crabsticks chopped (1pt) and hellmans extra light mayo 1tlb spoon 0points this made enough to fill 2 sandwhiches using low cal bread

Kirsty thats a brilliant idea!!!! I LOVE seafood and the seafood sandwich fillers is something I really miss but its so high in points.

umm i love prawns and sea food sauce sandwiches.... Asda fresh prawns are 89p for a pack half the pack is only half a point, and a point for a tbsp of sea food sauce...im so addicted thats what i've ate for my lunch the past 3 days lol
