homemade soup

my boss is always offering my some of her homemade tomato soup, I often eat it. I asked her what she puts in it and she said it is just some olive oil, chopped onion, couple tins of plum tomatos and dried herbs. What should I count a bowl of this soup as?

All the ingredients are no points apart from the olive oil. Is there anyway you can find out how much she uses? As a cautionary guess, I personally would point it at 1 or 1.5points per average bowl, providing she is only frying the onions in the oil. But if you could find out about the amount of oil, you could be alot more accurate. For example if she puts a big old glug in there to add flavour, the points would be waaaaay higher.
