Egg and potato salad sounds yummy :D Did you mix it together with the salad cream? I might be inspired to make some soon...
 
Yah, mixed the potatoes and eggs with salad cream, a touch of finely chopped shallot and gherkins and served it on a big bed of rocket and spinach leaves. It was delicious and surprisingly filling considering I only used 3 small potatoes and 2 eggs. Oh wait, maybe that's not so little... LOL!

Hi Loopey, I get mine from Waitrose at the fish counter. Its not always available but whenever it is I make sure I buy some!
