    I just thought it would be helpful for me to try and record my food diary somewhere (as well as on Slimming World online!).

    Sunday 22 August 2010
    (Lost 2 pounds!!)

    Original Day
    McVities Go Ahead biscuits (x 2) = 4
    Skimmed milk for coffees (HEA)
    Coffees x 2
    Brunch: 2 egg omelette, baked beans (HEB), quorn sausages, grated carrot, rocket, fat-free vinaigrette (No SYNS)
    Lunch: Muller light yoghurt / apple
    Costa coffee - skinny cinnamon latte, small (HEA for the milk) 2? syns for the syrup
    Dinner: Pork (loin chop), asparagus, carrots/onions, creme fraiche (1 1/2 syns)

    Total = 7.5 SYNS
