Slaney, you need to go into your User CP, it's in the blue box at the top of the page right in the top left hand corner of the box. Then you'll find a menu on the left hand wife and you can get into your tracker. You can find out how to do the ticker by following the instructions on here or just click on someone else's and follow the instructions....
