Honk 5/5 ... despite having neuralgia in on the left side of my face today. ( LT told me I could still use Lysterine mouthwash to dull the pain, but that it may lower my ketones if I have to use it a lot. Oh well... lets see what my Monday weigh in brings. (Scared to go to the dentist in case she can smell my breath )

Been quiet lately. But down another large chunk. Lost 1.2 kg since Monday.

Finally got into a pair of 34" jeans today. That's 4"s off my waist and 1 1/2" off my neck and over 6" off my chest!!!
