Hopefully people might be able to tell me where I am going wrong?

Well weigh in was today and I lost 2 pound...made up!!

Breakfast - Fruit and yoghurt - melon, apple, banana
Lunch - An apple and two alpen bars (HEB)
Tea - Big chicken curry and rice
Snack - Mullerlight, pineapple chunks
Drinks - 2 litres of water, 3 coffees (milk from HEA), 1 green tea
 
brekkie - banana, half an apple, pineapple, pineapple and 2 slices of kiwi with fat free onken yoghurt. Mug of green tea.
lunch - sweet potato with cottage cheese and a side salad of lettuce, tomato, grated carrot and beetroot. Mug of coffee milk from HEA.
tea - haddock, carrots, broccoli, new potatos and mushy peas. Mug of coffee
Drinks - 2 litres of sugafree juice
Snacks - 2 alpen bar (HEB), a mullerlight

brekkie - banana, apple, melon and watermelon with quark and fat free yoghurt. Green tea
lunch - superspeed soup and a slice of wholemeal toast (HEB) and coffee
tea - smash pizza (HEA) with veg and tuna pasta, mayo (1/2 syn)
snack - pineapple and onken fat free yoghurt
2 litres of juice

lunch - pasta in passata with carrot and onion. Lots of sugafree juice.
tea - chicken, sweet potato, potato, parship, onion and cottage cheese
snack - pineapple, cherry brandy (3), two alpen bars (HEB), malibu and lemo x3 (12), mullerlight

Abit of a fail on my night out, lots of alcohol dunno about the syns then came home and had 4 slices of wholemeal toast and marg eek! Glad I resisted maccies though! i think I might gain now :(

Tea - Gammon roast, gravy (1 syn)
Snack - Banana, apple, mullerlight

boo gained 1/2 pound this week :(

tea - mackeral with pasta and veg
snack - two alpen bars (HEB), melon, tub of fat free yoghurt
Two litres of sugafree juice, two mugs of tea with milk (hea)
