Hot meals for a foodflask

Anyone have any ideas for hot meals I can take to work in my foodflask?

We are not allowed a microwave at work. :cry:

Can you get a 'flatter' flask if you know what I mean to take things other than soup/liquids so you could get more meal-type food in it - like this:

I just bought a food flask for uni lunchtimes and had forgotten all about it. Thanks for jogging my memory! This chilly weather means that cold snacks are a bit less appealing. I will now search online for veggie Atkins-friendly hot meals to take with me.

I've got one, but I haven't used it for ages. I had it in the beginning when I didn't trust anything I hadn't prepared myself. I was a little paranoid.
