I've been losing weight well for the last couple of months and I just recently started working out more, and I feel like I am putting muscle on and would like to start measuring my body fat % as well as my weight.
I've been looking at scales and found a 'Homedics' scale that apparently measures body fat, body water and muscle mass for a RRP of £50 but it can be found for £20 on the internet.
I just have a feeling that they won't be very accurate (in the body fat % measuring)?
Anybody have any experience with bf% scales? Is it worth the money? Thanks
