How can i lose that last 1lb

Hi folks,

WI last night and lost 0.5lb - I know a loss is a loss but its now getting a little be of a joke.....

Dec 23 - 10st 10 1/2
Dec 30 - 10st 10 1/2 M
Jan 7 - 10st 10 -
Jan 14 - 10st 10 M
Jan 21 - 10st 10 1/2 +
Jan 28 - 10st 10 -
Feb 2 - 10st 10 M
Feb 11 - 10st 10 1/2 +
Feb 10 - 10st 10 -

I only need to lose that 1lb for my stone award - and each week i am getting more and more frustarated.

Does anyone have any ideas (apart from cutting off a limb) how to move that stubbon 1lb of fat....

how about filling your plate with a 1/2 superfree instead of the advised 1/3. Will mean you are getting lots of healthy nutrients into your system also.

Try replacing white rice/pastas/couscous etc with wholewheat and stuff like that. Leaving skins on potatoes, just little changes like that where possible will see that 1lb come off I am sure.

Try to stick to the speed and superspeed free foods too cos they're extra low in calories yet still have that filling power. xxx

Have soup for some meals, they fill you up more than a plate of food with water separately.
