How do i blog?

I am feeling positive just now. I'm on day 5, still feel hungry all the time but i'm on track.
I'd like to keep a diary and i notice lots of people blog their thoughts, can anyone tell me how to do this please or should i just start a diary thread.

Im sorry Im not much help not very computer literate.. lol .
But I do have a blog going I cant remember how I started it though. I think if you go into the blue box above where it says blogs it is self explanatory from there.. Someone else maybe able to help otherwise..
