How do I make up the choc mint as a mousse?

    Hi, any suggestions gratefully received. I don't fancy this flavour as a shake so would like to make it up as a mousse. Thanks.

    No idea about how to make it as a mousse but if you use mainly ice and a blender it would make a fab ice cream /frappe/ slush puppy.

    I'm sure I read somewhere you use fizzy water? Think it was on the recipe section somewhere!
