If you're making yourself it's definitely easier on the dried weight. But if I'm eating at someone else house or at a restaurant obviously you don't get that opportunity. But bear in mind that's for white easy cook rice. Rice tends to vary between 5pp and 8pp for 60g uncooked depending on the type ie basmati, brown, easy cook white. So if you know the specific type let me know and I'll look it up for you.
