How do I put the tracker on here please

Sorry but I am no good with computers and would love to have my tracker on my pages but haven't got a clue how to do it. I don't even know what the pin no is or where to get it from etc. If :sign0163:could give me the idiots guide to doing this it would be fantastic and I would be eva so gratefull. I think they are a great idea and good for motivation. Thanks a lot
