How Do I Work Out Body Fat %

    Diet:
    No diet just running and weight training.
    im about 5 foot 6, 18 and weigh almost 12 stones.

    i have a bit of muscle on my arms, and can feel my pacs if i tense them. but i have alot of fat around my stommy (and a bit on my arms).

    i dont care about weight loss, i want fat loss only. so how do i work out how much fat i have?

    you can normally get scales at gyms that tell you your body fat percentage.

    Chemists often have scales that can do this too.
