I have been suffering from a really bad cold and have been avoiding cold/flu medicines in case it affects the diet.

However, I have a really annoying cold so have taken some Cough syrup, I am sure this will affect the diet with the glucose, but not sure how much?

    Anyone got any ideas?

Dunno about syrup but Ive always taken ibuprofen or paracetamol with no ill effects, just make sure you take with food.

well i took 2 10ml doses of venos yesterday, and lost 1lb this morning so it can't be that detrimental to the diet. I also feel much better, bonus!
