Green Days How do o do them?

My consultant didn't tell me about red green days saying we is better/easier blah blah but I just figured I don't eat that much meat and I really struggle with 1/3 superfree so was thinking of doing green

Can someone point me in the right direction please

I'm ok with free fruits veg etc what confuses me is the healthy exs

Am I supposed to have 2 a's and 1 normal b along with a b from the extended list or can I have 2 normal b's juss confused

Any help most app as this is really winding me up
 
All of the healthy extras are explained in the yellow book you got when you signed up

On green days you have 2 heB and 1 or 2(your choice) heA
 
I've started mixing green and extra easy too, as I find a lot of the time I'm eating quorn stuff rather than meat. I'm not a huge meat eater.

I hope we don't have to pick from the extended, as I have had 2 hifi today as both my hexb's? Hope someone can confirm that for us
