How do people feel on AAM week?

Hi all

I have just had my 1st AAM. It was

a small salmon fillet (palm of hand size)
some steamed veg (small handful)
baby boiled potatoes (small handful)

I took ages to eat it and enjoyed every mouthful and now feel the same way I used to feel if I had eaten a huge 3 course meal!! Even to the point of feeling over stuffed..amazing...hope it doesn't stall my ongoing weight loss. How does everyone else feel about AAM week? Did it slow or speed up your weight loss? I really don't think I could face another shake tonight after that but as the meal was only about 350 calories I need to consume another shake to up the intake? Any thoughts?:confused:
