How do u make crisps, muffins, ice cream etc?

Just be warned that the 'muffins' don't exactly come out like a real muffin.... more like a gungy wobbly rubbery blob..... at least in my experience!

I tried to make muffins and crisps a couple of times, in the end I decided it wasn't worth the bother, especially when you end up with something that makes you gag instead of a nice shake .

I have to agree with pete, they're so much more filling as a shake/soup too.

I agree LS, that's a big part of it too.
I can honestly say that now, I wouldn't want to try and make a muffin, or crisps anyway, as I don't care about having those things anymore.

But I understand how it could help in the beginning.
I just know that when I heard "make a choc shake into a muffin" I thought it would come out like, well, a real choc muffin.

To open the microwave door to a pasty coloured blob of what looked like rubber was disspointing, no where near as tasty as the choc shake, and pretty nasty to eat too.

Perhaps I made it wrong though, over-cooked it or something?

I agree too. I've never made anything. I thought I would as it sounded like they'd be lovely, but then I thought about what it is about my mindset that I want to change. I used to make a big thing about eating. I loved it and wanted lunch/dinner, etc to go on for as long as possible and would eat as much as I could! I also viewed food as a comfort/treat/celebration/etc, etc, and I really don't want to do that anymore. So for me the foodpacks I simply view as nutrition to keep me healthy and alive and only that, so I don't want to make anything with them. I obviously enjoy them and would only eat/drink the flavours I like, but they are just a means to an end for me.

I know that making crisps, etc, keeps some people going though!

The only thing I found worth making was ice cream mmmmm xXx
