You have a point there. If we have to put up with their onion / curry / garlic breath when we are dieting they can put up with our diet breaths. :D

Bonzo I've found this as well!!! Seems like everyone eats garlic!! I just didn't realise before because I was one of them LOL!

Times like these makes me thankful that my boyfriend is away til April .. yuk! I'm dreding the pongy breath. I think i'll be keeping my socialising to the minimum for the next 6 weeks!

Mouth does seem to get less foul tasting after first week! unless i have just got used to being smelly, and friends too polite to say anything Yikes! x I use a spray, by the way. x

When you brush your teeth, brush the roof of your mouth, cheeks and tongue. Although that doesn't completely eliminate the problem, it helps. It seems to help if you brush fairly soon after your shakes, and make sure you keep up on the water, too.

Hi
Can I ask where you get those Listerine breath strips from please? I've been looking for them for ages - my local supermarkets + chemists with no luck... I do have a spray which I use frequently, but it would be so nice to actually put something in my mouth (if you see what i mean!)

I talk behind my hand all the time at the mo. Apart from that I am chewing a sugar free gum but not for long as it does make me hungry . Other than that I use a spray, not pleasant. Worth it in the end :D

Hi all,

I've was really struggling with bad breath during my first week so bought a little breath freshner spay from the chemist. It's smaller than a lipstick..... I carry it everywhere with me just incase and it seems to be doing the trick. Bad breath is a small price to pay thats how i look at it.

Keep up the good work everyone.

The only place i have found them is Ebay. They were £4 delivered for 72 strips.

I couldnt find them in any supermarkets or chemists either.

I also use Goldspot mouth spray which i found in a local chemist.

My breath spray was from Morrisons. Its in the aisle near toothpaste etc. My husbands says my breath is rank - nice ! He like's me slimmer though so you can't have everything !
