Good idea! In cross stitching in the evenings and so far tried to drink instead of eating! But I would like other ideas!

bubble baths, dvds,knitting,minimins, painting nails, early nights

Reading, Wii fit games, a walk, online games (facebook etc). The above suggestion of DVD's is particularly good - I've watched about 4 lol.

At the beginning of the diet, I used to think of naughty stuff I can do when kids r in bed.Then thought so much of how my weight stops me. It made me focus on the diet as I want that fab body he can think of n smile knowing it's what he's coming to, ROFL.... Crazy but it dd help at 22 st. Now I just go to my bathroom mirror, Damn, it loves me n vanity will kill me lol. Bedroom mirror is nasty though!

Read a book, do nails, iron or clean the house lol!
