how do you lose 2 thirds of your self?

Hi Mandy

Soup sounds good, I need to get back into making soups but I try not to have too many as I can go off them. It sounds to me that work see how much effort you put in and what an asset you are. Be proud that you are so good at your job! Looking forward to your end of the month recipes! Maybe that should be a thread??? lol

evening all :D

I have had a lovely day off, been to the gym, walked the dog and been shopping. have had to change my offduty so am now working in the morning so will have to miss my group  This is one of the reasons it took me so long to go to group. I can only make it every other week for the whole of may :sigh: but i am determined not to allow it to affect me or stop me.

I have toyed with going to another group but i really had to screw up my courage to go to this one so can't see m managing it  not ruling it out though

bit carb heavy today but have exercised loads

B omellete with tom mushrooms and ham

L ham salad sandwich (hexb and 6 syns) banana and yog

T baked pot, pork loin chop cauliflower cheese (hexa and 6 syns) merengue nest fruit and yog (3 syns)

15 syns for the day :D

think i might go for a nice shower and then off to bed xxxx

sleep well everyone :4635:

Sympathise with you there Mandy one of the reason I never stayed with a group for any period of time was because of shift work
Wouldn't it be great if they had little pop in centers for us shiftworkers

What a pain you won't be able to get to group. Is there another one run by the same people that you could get to, or are other ones in your area run by different people. I have no idea how the meetings work, so could be way off mark :giggle: But good on you for not ruling out a different group xxx

Afternoon Mandy, know you are working, but wanted to say hello for later as probably won't be around tonight xx Hope you day was OK xx
