how do you make chips out of sweet potato?

I am wanting to use some tonight with my chicken kiev?

Any ideas?

I done this a little while ago, cut them up the same way you would normal potatoes, spray baking tray with fry light and put the chips on and spray them too, cook on gas mark 9 for about 25/30 minutes. They're really yummy!

exactly the same you would normal potatoes, except do not parboil first, as they dont take as long and will turn to mush.

You can even leave the skin on if you prefer.
