I'm sure this has been asked before but I can't find the answer...

How DO you actually calculate 2 tbsp of something like broccoli?

The only accurate way would be to mush up your vegetables surely and I'm sure not many people do that, or do they?

So do most people just try and do a sensible guess?

How do you measure yours? :)

I just take a sensible serving... to be honest I usually just have mushrooms, but I do 2 tablespoons of cooked ones (which I slice up really thinly!!) therefore you can get more on the spoon (I know that is not a healthy way to look at it!!)

    Love

If you look at the calorific and carb content of veg it is minimal, a sensible sized portion will be fine and no risk to ketosis.

Thanks for the replies. I was just wondering if anyone actually did measure the veg, or just use a sensible guess :)

I'm not near AAM week yet but was just thinking ahead

HERE IS THE ANSWER TO THIS SIMPLE QUESTION

PLACE THE BROCOLI IN THE OVEN ON A LOW HEAT FOR APPROX 4-5 DAYS, ONCE FULLY DRIED PLACE IN A BLENDER, ONCE YOU HAVE TAKEN THESE SIMPLE STEPS YOU WILL NOW BE ABLE TO ACCURATLY MEASURE YOUR CAMBRIDGE DIET LUNCH IN TABLESPOONS (DONT FORGET TO ADD WATER) HOPE THIS HELPS
