How do you move up the plans?

So when i get to the end of this challenge i want to start moving up the plans, how do you do it? i want to do the Johnsons up day down day diet to maintain & maybe lose a little more, i dont want to gain the 5 or 6lb or water weight back when i get to 9st, i want to stay at 9! how shall i do it, shall i keep to TS for the down days then go up the plans on my up days? x
 
ok so i had a google & i think when i'm at 9st i'm going to do 400 cals (2 shakes) on my down day & the next step up the plan (so 3 packs & a 400 cal meal) on my up days, and add a workout on the up days... and will move up through the plans on up days week by week so 1000 then 1200 cals, sounds ok to me! after 2 weeks i think the down days calories allowance goes up a bit so can add fresh food with my packs. gna go check out the juddd forum :) x
 
Yeah I think trial and error, keeping an eye on your weight and seeing what works for you :) xx
