I think that its something to do with the fact that you look at yourself everyday and you are not likely to notice any diffference from day to day.

Regarding people saying that 'you will put it all back on'..... yes it's a fact that some people do put the weight back on but it's not just this diet..........I know people who done ww, sw & rc etc that has re-gained their weight so it's not just CD! Secondaly people who do say this are obvouisly jealous and just can't handle the fact that your are doing something about your weight!

You just have to look at the many people on here that have not put their weight back on!

At the end of the day it's us that has to lose the weight and us who will have to control it when we do get to our target weight.

I will ALWAYS have to watch my weight, and I'm planning of keeping a close eye on my weight when at goal so if I do put on a 1lb or 2 I will take action right away......and not let it creep up to 26 stone again! xx
