Try not having them in to house or finding a sweet healthier equivalent. Grapes helped me with my hand to mouth needs. My toddler loves sweets and we have mini bars for her so they can be about 6 syns so not a huge problem, providing you don't eat the packet!

You have to focus on the diet and will yourself to not to do it and think of the bigger picture of reaching goal weight.

I know when people say "nothing tastes as good as slim feels" it sounds a bit corny but it is true!

If you want to eat chocolate then drink a litre of water first and wait 30 minutes and then decide if you really want it.

Saying that if you are on slimming world then surely you can have some chocolate as part of your sin allocation?

A tip i picked up was buy mini bars and the have one in the fridge and put the rest in the freeser, then if you want more you cant as they are frosen solid.

Also while they defrost the craving might go.
