How does everyone record there daily food

Hi All

Just about embark on my first day (again) of atkins (Monday) and was wondering how everyone records there meals and snacks. I have used Myfitness diary before but was not really happy with it because the products varied so much in cals and carbs that i wasnt to sure if i was doing it right. Was wondering if there was anything else that I could use thanks xx

I just list my menu in my diary, I don't use fitnesspal - but lots here do.

I do keep an eye on my carbs though, just informally :)

I use myfitnesspal... I haven't really found one that is completely right - but it seems to be good enough :)

I use fatsecret, I find most things already on there. Also it has a phone app with barcode scanner which is fab! :)
